What's it like to be a Management Trainee?
A Management Trainee is usually a graduate who is at the start of their career. They learn the functional areas of the organisation, understand the business operations thoroughly and develop necessary management skills while under the supervision of senior leaders. Management Trainees might rotate through various departments to get a feel for the entire business, including areas such as human resources, operations, sales and finance. This role can be found across a wide range of industries, particularly in large corporations offering formal management training programs.
Tasks and duties
