JobsDB Announces 5-Year Success and Showcases The
Total Solutions of Recruitment Service
Bangkok, 2 September 2004 — Jobs DB (Thailand), a subsidiary of Jobs DB Inc., the leading interactive recruitment network throughout the Asia-Pacific region, is celebrating its fifth year of operations in Thailand with the launch of its total solutions of recruitment service. JobsDB will dedicate the remainder of 2004 to focusing on service quality and marketing activities to enhance customer relations and increase the potential of job seekers in Thailand.
"Jobs DB (Thailand) has significantly grown during the first 3 years of operation and continue with an average of 40-50% growth," announced Managing Director, Mrs. Satinee Mokaves, "The increasing number of clients and job-seekers proves the confidence in our website. JobsDB currently has over 9,000 corporate clients and this number is expected to reach 11,000 before the end of 2004. The continued development of recruitment management software has been key to this growth."
"We do not evaluate our performance by margin figures alone, we also look at our increasing number of staff, corporate clients, and job seekers, as well as the introduction of our new software — RMS Version 6. Software development is one of our main advantages as we share the cost and benefits with all of subsidiaries," explained Mrs. Satinee. Job-seekers find good jobs from leading organizations and customers can find the most suitably qualified candidates. JobsDB is now perceived as the medium of qualified and experienced candidates.กจ
Working hand-in-hand with clients' HR Departments to recruit the most qualified candidates is paramount. A greater focus on service policy will be supplemented by increased marketing activities, advertising and PR, absorbing 10% of JobsDB's total revenue. Other pushes include an On-Line Job Fair and a Campus Tour to encourage soon-to-graduate students to prepare themselves for career life. The popular annual seminar "HR Chat" will also expand while remaining a free service for all interested parties.
"HR Chat : How to be a Super HR — will explore the concept of modern human resource management, with expert speakers sharing their experiences in HR management and relations," said Mrs. Satinee, "The success of this seminar grows every year as corporate clients realize the importance of enhancing HR staff to be able to manage human resources according to corporate policy."
The online services offered by JobsDB have been at the heart of the network's success and these too will continue to grow. The new RMS V.6 (Recruitment Management Service Version 6) includes such additional features as: Resume Filter (sifts out non-qualified resumes, saving manual time); Candidate Alert (directly reports new candidates and updated resumes); and the soon-to-launch JobsDB Dimension software - a tool for corporate clients to customize their e-recruitment system with scalable functions for future expansion.
"JobsDB Dimension has been developed from our realization of the different e-recruitment requirements of each corporate client. This will give them an effective tool to customize according to their specific criteria and make it even easier for them to find the most qualified candidates" said Mrs. Satinee. "We will launch JobsDB Dimension in the near future with a workshop for corporate clients to make the most of this exciting new development."
