Frequently asked questions about the new jobsDB platform

As jobsDB is built on a new platform, the previous login information will no longer be accessible.
You can browse over 160K jobs without an account. However, to manage your job alerts preferences, we recommend that you create a new account requiring only 2 fields.

No. A candidate profile is not required in the new jobsDB platform. However, an account is required for you to manage your job alert preferences and creating one only requires 2 fields (email and password).

Your candidate profile and details remain safely stored in the previous jobsDB platform and will not be migrated to the new platform.

Your application has been sent to the employer and they will still be able to review your application. However, as you will no longer have access to myjobsDB in the new platform, status update will not be available. Should you be shortlisted, they will be able to contact you with the details you have provided in your application.
