Employers Reward Program 2009

Terms & Conditions

  1. The JobsDB Employers Reward Program ('Program') is managed and operated by Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited ('JobsDB').
  2. The Program is open to registered JobsDB Corporate Members (the ¡¥Member') in Hong Kong.
  3. Items which are limited in quantity will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Stock availability is subject to change without prior notice. All redemption orders are subject to the final decision of JobsDB. JobsDB reserves the right to change the list of redemption items.
  4. Once an order is submitted, no cancellation or alteration is allowed.
  5. In the event that selected gifts are out of stock, the Member may redeem alternative gift of equal bonus points. The accumulated bonus points will be based on JobsDB's record.
  6. For JobsDB Job Posting Cash Coupon (¡§JDB Coupon¡¨), it will be issued by JobsDB and sent to Member by surface mail directly. The JDB Coupon entitles Member to settle the invoice of Job Posting Service issued by JobsDB (the ¡§Invoice¡¨) up to the face value of the JDB Coupon. Member shall settle the balance of the Invoice by any available payment methods. Member can use more than one JDB Coupon to settle a single Invoice. Each JDB Coupon can only be used once and will only be valid within its validity period. JDB Coupon is not transferable.
  7. For Gift Voucher(s) / Gift Certificate(s) with a total value of lower than or equal to 150 bonus points, the Gift Voucher(s) / Gift Certificate(s) will be sent to Member by surface mail directly.
  8. For tangible item(s) or Voucher(s) with a total value above 150 bonus points, Member must collect the item(s) / Voucher(s) at JobsDB Hong Kong office. A confirmation email will be sent to Member upon successful submission of redemption form. Member must collect the items / Voucher(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation email. Items / Voucher(s) not collected within the specified period will be forfeited and Member will not be compensated. If Member wants to receive the Voucher(s) by surface mail, please send a confirmation email to hotline@JobsDB.com for further arrangement, yet the risk of loss in mailing are borne by the Member.
  9. JobsDB does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever arising from or otherwise in connection with the quality of the products redeemed. Any dispute or claim in respect of the products should be directed to the relevant supplier.
  10. JobsDB reserves the right to modify the Program's structure, benefits and other features, including these Terms and Conditions at any time. JobsDB will use reasonable efforts to notify Member of material changes. However, it is the responsibility of Member to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any use of the Program by a Member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment.
  11. All rewards cannot be redeemed in cash.
  12. In the event of any dispute or arbitration arising from the Program, JobsDB's decision shall be final.
