- Handle incoming calls from CS hotline system
- Deliver quality customer service
- Monthly incentive and Shift allowance
- 5-day work per week
- Min.1 years call centre or customer service exp.
- Have level 2 or equivalent or above
- Min 1 year C.S. experience
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English
