- Identify T&D needs, Staff retention and ER
- Degree in HRM/Psychology, at least 8 year exp.
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Five years of accounting experience
- Preparing payroll runs and supporting schedules
- Handle all round HR functions
- At least 5 years’ solid working experience
- Prepare reports and analysis for management review
