Among all respondents, the overall salary adjustment in 2011 is 5.8%. Banking & Finance is reported to have the highest increase in salary (7.3%), followed by Engineering (7.0%) and Marketing (6.7%). On the other hand, Clerical / Secretarial / Operations has the lowest increase (4.0%), followed by Sales (4.7%).

Banking/Finance has recorded the highest amount of bonus received (0.9 month of basic salary), followed by Accounting, Admin & HR, Logistics / Shipping and Sales (all 0.6 month). The lowest amount received is recorded in Editorial / Journalism (0.2 month). The average amount of bonus received for all respondents is 0.5 month. More than half (51%) of the respondents did not get any bonus in 2011.

Double Pay
The average amount of double pay recorded is 0.4 month. Merchandising has recorded the highest amount (0.7 month of basic salary), followed by Logistics / Shipping (0.6 month). The lowest amount recorded is in Banking & Finance, Clerical / Secretarial / Operations, Design, Editorial / Journalism and IT (all 0.3 month). 58% of respondents did not receive double pay in 2011.
