Double Pay
The average amount of double pay recorded is 0.4 month. Merchandising has recorded the highest amount (0.7 month of basic salary), followed by Logistics / Shipping (0.6 month). The lowest amount recorded is in Banking & Finance, Clerical / Secretarial / Operations, Design, Editorial / Journalism and IT (all 0.3 month). 58% of respondents did not receive double pay in 2011.

The average satisfaction rating of getting bonus and double pay is 2.96 (against a satisfaction scale of 1-5, with 5 being very satisfied and 1 being very unsatisfied).
