- To carry out daily maintenance and improvement works
To operate and maintain building service facilities in good condition
- To supervise the performance of maintenance contractors to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance or improvement works to the required standard
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade (A) or above, Construction Industry Safety Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
At least 1 year relevant building repair and maintenance experience
Independent, able to handle emergency maintenance work
- 9 working hours per day
