・To communicate with the customers and partners in China by e-mail or phone
・Analyze the costs, value and risks of information to advice management and suggest actions.
・At least 1-2 years’ experience of customer service
・Good command for both written and spoken English, Japanese (JLPT N2 level equivalent or above) , Chinese and also could be communicated in Mandarin.
・Financial experience or knowledge would be a plus
・Knowledge in using ERP system is preferred
・A strong strategic and business mindset.
・Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
・Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
