Accounting and Admin. Officer
- To assist in handling of accounting, administration and related matters of the Company;
- Responsible for maintaining proper filing system and materials of the Company;
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the general registry of the Company.
- Salary calculation, MPF schemes, leave records, maintaining personnel records, preparing reports and etc.
- Provide comprehensive support to all HR activities including recruitment and employee relations in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc data analysis as assigned
- Responsible for daily data input
- Diploma or above in Accounting, or related disciplines with LCCI Intermediate Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
- Willing to work under pressure and well-organized
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, with knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Familiar with different accounting software esp. MYOB etc.
- With shipping / import / logistic experience is preferred
- Previous company in Sales industry is advantageous
- Immediate available is preferred
Marketing Assistant / Executive (Social Media & Conventional Marketing)
- Assist in social media marketing and conventional marketing
- Liasing with our social media marketing service provider
- Formulate and enforce social media program including content development, visitor behavior monitoring and analytics, comment replies, etc.
- Lead innovative marketing campaigns and analyze results and feedback.
- Capitalize on latest market trend in social media and deliver most fitting strategies to company services.
- Liaise with different departments to deliver dedicated social media content and results.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing, e-Marketing, e-Commerce, Communication or relevant discipline
- IT savvy
- Passion for all things social and digital
- Rich knowledge in hands-on management in different social media platforms, including Facebook, Weibo, WeChat, YouTube, etc
- Hands on experience with social media analytics tools
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media content development and platform management..
- Proficiency in written Cantonese jargon, Traditional Chinese and English.
- Strong sense in digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Good communication skill, self-initiative and multi-tasking skills.
- Good command in Microsoft applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
