Accounting and Administration Officer/Executive

To assist in the handling of accounting, administration and related matters of the Company;
Responsible for maintaining proper filing system and materials of the Company;
To provide administrative and clerical support to the general registry of the Company.
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline with LCC&I Higher in Bookkeeping or above;
3 years’ working experience in accounting and office administration. Handling experiences in full set of accounts is an asset;
[Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Accounting and Administration Executive] ;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, eye for detail and sharp analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in FlexAccount is preferable.
