- To handle full set of accounts for a wedding services company
- Preparation of reports for management (e.g. statement of accounts, stock record, cash flow etc.)
- Take care of company’s payroll, taxation, petty cash
- Responsible for company’s administration work
- Form 7 or above
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, financial & management reporting
- Experience in wedding services, restaurant company is a definite advantage
- Familiar with common accounting software & MS office (e.g. Excel, MYOB)
- Experience with office HR and administration work are preferred
- Highly self-motivated and well organized
- Able to communicate in oral English and Putonghua
- Immediate availability preferred
