Accounting Manager / Admin Assistant

We are looking for 2 persons, Accounting manager and Admin assistant with hands-on, self-driven, committed, detail-minded and result-oriented individuals to join Y-Center Ltd.
- Leading the Account and Admin team to handle accounting affairs and office administration & HR on daily basis;
Handle full set of accounts;
Verify income records;
Prepare monthly financial reports;
Handle daily accounting duties for accounts payable function and payments, monitor invoice dispatch and data entry;
Prepare reports and any other documents as assigned;
Report to the Accounting manager
Responsible for general administrative duties and HR matters, including cash counting, stationery supplies/purchases and control, equipment maintenance, inventory management and employee leave administration, medical insurance and MPF arrangement and conduct performance;
Organize company events & other staff activities.
- University/College graduated or relevant experience
- For MANAGER we request at least 5 years’ accounting/auditing experience, knowledge of MYOB Accounting System is preferred;
- For ASSISTANT we request at least 2 years’ accounting/admin experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Responsible, careful and willing to learn;
- Initiative, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and under pressure;
- Immediately available is preferred.
- For MANAGER $ 18,000-22,000 per month
- For ASSISTANT $ 13,000-15,000 per month
- Alternate Saturday-off system
- Medical insurance
- Bank Holiday
