Accounts and Administrative Assistant

Report to the Accounts and Admnistrative Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily accounting operation including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoices, vouchers and all accounts ledger
* Assist in handle and maintain full set of accounting and month-end closing
* Support general administration affairs and secretarial matters
* Provide administrative and accounting support to Account Department in managing daily accounting and reporting functions and operations
* Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments
* Support management in administrative requests
* F.5 graduate or above with LCCI intermediate/higher level preferable
* Min. 2-3 years working experience in accounting and general administration
* Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel formula functions
* Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advatage
* Mature, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, hardworking, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
* Hands on Peachtree Accounting System is an advantage
* Immediate available is a must
