We are now looking for an admin assistant to join BMS HK office. The role will be supporting both Medical and Marketing function.
- Provides administrative support to Medical and Marketing department, including internal system process, previous experience with SAP / Ariba will be of added advantage
- Assists on marketing advertising & promotion program, product development plans, initiatives and programs
- Sources & Coordinates production of promotional materials and Provides documentation assistance on production of promotional materials.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
- Support in generating monthly financial reports and other ad-hoc reports, and data upload to financial systems (especially during projection/budget) process.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admin support role in multi-national company
- Proficiency in using standard software applications such as Microsoft Windows/Calendar, SAP system
- Works well independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates good initiative and timely follow-up.
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment
- Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
