A well-established international insurance company is currently seeking for an Admin Assistant to join their operation department for 6 months contract. Immediately available candidates are highly preferable.
- Handle and settle claims related matters
- Handle customer queries regarding claims
- Review and sort incoming email and letters to relevant department
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Form 7 or above with minimum 1 year work experience
- Experience in policy administration would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Proactive and willing to learn
