Regal Executives, a leading Executives Search firm located in Admiralty is looking for an Office Administration Clerk to cope with their rapid expansion.
- To cover general office administrative work
- Maintain office systems, data management, filing, utilities payment and bookkeeping
- Attend to incoming emails, and redirecting it to corresponding staff if necessary
- Manage courier services, stationary inventories, office equipment maintenance etc.
- Liaise and negotiate with external service providers
- Manage visitors, conference room booking for interviews and business meetings.
- Clerical and basic book keeping experiences preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Cheerful, self-driven, a good team player.
- Proficient in using MS Office include Chinese word processing
