Assistant Administration Manager
- Responsible for full range of administrative services and facilities management
- Formulate and review administration policies and procedures
- In charge of renovation and relocation projects, and office repairs and maintenance
- Provide management report to the management following the incident response and management procedure
- Degree holder or above
- Self-motivated and attentive to details
- 5 years relevant experience
- Strong lead ship skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Able to handle multiple projects at a time
- Sense of responsibility and accountability
