- To assist in providing a full spectrum of office administration services
- Manage office supplies, stationery, office equipment, telecommunications, vehicle license, insurance, air ticket and hotel booking etc.
- To arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment.
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
- F.5 or above
- Mins. 3 years relevant working experience in sizable companies.
- High proficiency in PC skills
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, customer oriented & well-organized
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin an advantage
