- Process new business application and service request
- Handle financial advisers' enquiries and provide professional and accurate response within service standard
- Liaise with financial advisers and service providers on pending cases and service requests
- Provide clerical support for record keeping purpose, such as data entry, scanning and filing etc.
- Work with different departments and external parties for business support purposes
- Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 1 years or above working experience in the business support and administration area is a plus, preferably in IFA or financial industry
- Possession Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) paper 1 & 3 &5 would be preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is a must
- Strong PC knowledge including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
