Administration & Human Resources Clerk

- Provide administration supports for office includes mailings & couriers, office procurement etc
- Work closely with internal & external parties on coordination of business assignments
- Manage attendances and staff leave records
- Handle recruitment activities such as writing JD and job-ad posting
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
- F.6/DSE above;
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both oral and written.
- 1-2 years’ relevant working experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered);
- Able to manage different tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Mature, good interpersonal skills and pleasant;
- Proficient in MS Office.
