Our client is an asset management firm, they are looking for a candidate for maternity coverage from January 2017:-
- Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and teams
- Arrange travel itinerary, visa application and handle expenses claims
- Meet and greet guests
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- At least 5 years experience in administrative support to senior management and team in banks
- Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills included MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good time management, attention to details
