- Provide general administrative support to the office such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, insurance, etc.
- Administer expenses claims and prepare reports
- Handle outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up etc.
- Maintain a proper filing/database system for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate information flow
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing)
- Knowledge in accounting is preferred but not a must
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, detail-minded and adaptive
- Immediately available is highly preferred
