- Perform all-round administrative duties including procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance, handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Assist in reception duties like greeting visitors, handle logistics arrangement of internal and external document transfer
- Responsible for general clerical work
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling office administrative duties
- Fluent English, Conversation Cantonese
- Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word and Excel
