- Coordinate service activities for both external and internal customers
- Handling general enquires in a professional manner
- Responsible for general administrative duties
- Provide all aspect of support to office requirements, including maintenance of inventory for office supplies, comparative quotation for procurements and cost control.
- Process expense payment and validate month-end and year-end expenses accounting report.
- ensure sufficient office supplies and relevant equipment etc,
- Handle clerical work and data input
- Maintain accurate system record in ERP
- F.5 or above
- Initiative, responsible, detail-mined, outgoing
- Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
- Be efficient, detail-mined and customer-oriented
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
