- Perform full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Prepare presentation materials, proposals and reports
- Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Perform office administration duties like documentation, filing and correspondence dispatch;
- Responsible for office management, expense allocation, data collection; and property management and security
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum 3-5 year working experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, team work spirit, detail, proactive attitude, detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.
