Independent insurance brokerage requires admin assistant for the following duties;
- Working closely with the Managing Director you will an integral part of an insurance brokerage
- Creating client files and organizing client information on internal system hard drive system.
- Organising the M.D's diary and work appointments.
- General office admins duties
- Contacting clients for their insurance renewals and general insurance enquires.
- Fluent English/ Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
- Must be highly organised
Ideally you will have insurance experience, and have the relevant IIQE P+P and General Insurance exams. Training will be given.
