Our client, a Japanese Finance company, is now seeking a Administrative officer who can handle their daily business in Hong Kong.
- Responsible for the office administrative works such as ordering stationary, the maintenance of staff and leaves record
- Act as an interpreter in the meetings and prepare the materials for supervisor
- Prepare the ISO related documents
- Answer phone calls and greet customers
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in any industry; HR or Admin experience is preferred
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above); Good command of Chinese and English
