Our client is a restaurant brand part of a Hong Kong based group. Our first outlet, a French bar and eatery in the heart of Central in Hong Kong, offers a trendy & welcoming place for lunch, after-work drinks, dinners or late-night cocktails. The brand was launched in Hong Kong in October 2015 and plans to open 6 other outlets by the end of 2017.
They are currently looking for a position of admin coordinator willing to undertake the challenge of setting up accounting procedures within a promising and ambitious company!
The admin coordinator will work closely with the operation director of the company and should perform the following duties:
• Prepare & Calculation of staff payroll (Full Time Only)
• Follow up with management to provide information for new on board staff (HKID copy/Bank Details/ Employee Particular Excel/MPF enrollment form/Contracts)
• Arrange working visa for staffs
• MPF follow ups
• Liaise with Company Secretary to follow up any legal document
• Liaise with external Accountant to provide information they need for reporting purposes
• Delivery/pick up of documents from restaurant or other offices when needed
• Assist in providing supporting documents for license renewal/ other applications
• Data Entry, Scanning, Filing of documents
• Receiving invoices, update Masterfile & accountant to follow up payment matters
• Liaise with external Accountant to follow up suppliers payment matters (chasing payments/releasing payments)
• Authorization of payments set up by external Accountant or settle any online urgent payments
• Issue invoices to clients for catering service
• Follow up with clients of payment settlement
Cantonese and English are MANDATORY.
