- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, employee services, payroll, MPF, taxation and leave management, etc.
- Implementation of HR system and maintaining staff record and updating data on the system
- Ensuring full compliance with HK employment and related legislation
- Clerical support such as quotation & billing issuance
- Carry out ad-hoc projects as required
- Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline
- 1 year compensation & benefits experience or Related working experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong
- Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel – Vlookup, pivot table, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
- Customer oriented mindset
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Immediately available is definitely an advantage
