Administrator – Learning and Development

- To assist the manager to attain high service excellence and compliance processes in alignment with corporate strategies and execute the training plans;
- To follow up with different teams or vendors to work on required needs as well as related materials;
- To provide wide spectrum of training services, including training and development initiatives, training needs analysis, as well as training administration and arrangement in order to achieve overall training effectiveness;
- To liaise with training vendors to explore innovative training solutions, as well as vendor management
- F.7 or above, at least 1 year of related working experience;
- Hands-on experience in training delivery for programs in areas namely orientation program, customer services and so on;
- Familiar with MS Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Exhibit high initiative, be well-organized and able to work independently.
