- Responsible for day-to-day shop operations include daily sales performance, inventory control.
- To coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target.
- Assist the Manager to provide all necessary guidance, motivation and support to sub-ordinate.
- To ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
- To handle customer complaints and enquires.
- Analyse daily sales figures by product category monitoring the achievement of the monthly budget and implementing any necessary corrective measures
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in retail sales
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
- High energy and self-motivated
- Mature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
