Assistant Accounting Manager (AR & Collection)

- Full responsibility for the credit control function. Supervises and manage AR collection of Asia Pacific region
- Oversee the junior credit controllers
- Oversee preparation of weekly reminder letters and monthly statements
- Prepare monthly KPI reports on sales ledger including accounts on hold, bad debts and arrears
- Large corporate account management including dealing with debit note queries, working with retail returns team to solve invoice queries and ensure payment
- Degree Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
- 5 to 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in global multinational sizable company
- Solid knowledge in Account Receivables, Billing, Invoicing and credit collection
- Proficiency in MS office and accounting system, preferably hands on knowledge in ACCPAC
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Highly-organized, good interpersonal/multi-tasking skill, and must be able to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and attention to details
