Corporate Real Estate – Property Asset Management
Hang Seng’s Corporate Real Estate is a team of professionals managing a portfolio of over 2 million sq ft in Hong Kong used by thousands of staff to support millions of customers. Whether it is a customer entering a branch, or staff collaborating in an office, we can make their experience a positive one.
Working closely with business partners and external vendors, the team covers a wide range of real estate functions to manage the property lifecycle of Hang Seng’s operational and investment real estate portfolio. The team also provides collateral appraisal services to internal business users and asset management services to external customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Customer Relationship Manager.
Maintain and grow a healthy and profitable customer and self-owned properties portfolio and achieve business targets
Provide professional tenancy management and agency services which include advisory on sales and leasing strategies and property asset improvement plan, and active promotion of the properties to clients/landlords
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by proving high quality and one-stop property asset management services
Provide a total wealth management solution through cross selling of suitable bank products to clients
Degree holder in related discipline OR other relevant qualifications.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property agency business/property developer/landlord
Holder of a valid Estate Agent Authority Salesperson Licence
Sound knowledge of local property market and relevant ordinances and regulations
Mature and independent with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong selling technique and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
