- Provide administrative and secretarial support to customer services team
- Assist to handle and follow up enquiries from clients
- Assist to ensure smooth work processing within the department
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the team
- Diploma graduate with 1 year relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good communication skills
- Good working attitude and good personality
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Customer focused, people-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
