- Oversee the customer services backend support teams in PRC relating to data input, usage follow up and administrative matters to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation
- Identify areas for improvement on customer operation efficiency and effectiveness by automation and process re-engineering in PRC and to ensure the customer service quality control
- University graduate in any discipline
- Preferably with 5 years of supervisory experience in control or customer services area
- Open minded to work with new technology in enhancing the operation effectiveness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to meet with tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
- Travel to PRC is required
