Responsible for leading a team to provide premium property management services for daily operations of our managed building and carpark
Maintain good relationship with clients / tenants by provision of excellent management services
Coordinate and monitor staff and contractors’ performance for assurance of works and services quality
Lead the team to accredit public recognitions including awards and certificates
Degree holder in Property Management, Facility Management or other relevant disciplines
Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MRPHM, MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in managing Grade A commercial building, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
Strong leadership with personal integrity and sense of responsibility.
Self-motivated with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
