Our Customer Management (New Segment) Department is to collaborate with various departments of the Club in achieving the Club’s objective of Total Customer Satisfaction. We are looking for high calibre professional to join our team.
assist the Event manager in planning and executing programs for racecourse venues
act as venue in-charge in assigned public venues in racecourses during racedays
work closely with customer service, catering team, and other internal parties to prepare and to deliver the best customer experience on site
work as part of the effective and highly motivated team in delivering business objectives and results
You should have
- tertiary qualification with a minimum of 5 years solid experience in venue or event management for consumers, preferably in entertainment industry
- experience in marketing communications and digital savvy
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- out-going personality and high team spirit to work with others
- to work on racedays and some pre-racedays in both Happy Valley and Sha Tin racecourses
Less experienced candidates will be considered for the post of Event Officer
Terms of employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
