A leading UK organisation is now hiring for an experienced Assistant Event Project Manager to join their firm on a 6 months project. This role will be assisting Events Managers in planning and execution of events, incorporating operational planning, logistics and liaison with internal and external departments.
The role combines the administrative co-ordination of the team which is critical to its successful functioning and the opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of smaller-scale, bespoke events/activities/services.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in working within an international company with excellent working culture plus the chance to work on world scale event projects.

- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (marketing, events, business)
- 4 years minimum of Work experience in Events and Marketing
- prior events management, conference, exhibition project experience a must
- detail minded, communicative, proactive
- Fluent English, Cantonese and business level Mandarin a must
- able to provide on-site support at the event at the designated location
- immediately availability a plus
- must be committed to the project
