Assistant Finance and Administration Manager

- Perform daily accounting tasks, month-end closing (A/P, A/R, balance sheet, profit & loss account) and ad-hoc management reports
- Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines with high degree of integrity and accuracy
- Assist the Financial Controller to prepare consolidation Financial Reports and annual budget
- Assist to plan and manage the year-end audit to ensure statutory financial statement are issued timely
- Review, develop and implement improvements of policy, procedures and controls
- Regularly review operations to ensure the internal controls are properly performed
- Coordinate HR matters such as on-boarding process, MPF enrolment, tax return etc.
- Prepare monthly admin expenses & HR reports to Senior Management
- Assist in office administration work, etc.
- Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent, with professional accounting qualification.
- At least 5 years solid accounting experience; preferable with working experience in trading and manufacturing field
- High proficiency in PC operations such as MS word and excel
- Solid experience in SAP system is preferable
- Knowledge in PRC taxation is an advantage.
- High proficiency spoken and written in English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is a must.
- Well organized, meticulous and strong leadership skills
- Positive, initiative and a team player
- Travel to PRC is required
