The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to line management and provide a full range of professional HR services, including manpower planning, staff cost management, rewards management, performance management, training and people development, succession planning, and staff relations. Major responsibilities include:
Managing key HR end-to-end processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
Developing and implementing effective manpower planning, recruitment and retention, training and development of talents
Advising and assisting line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
Coaching and guiding team members to deliver one-stop HR services and solutions to meet the business growth
Facilitating ongoing improvements to internal practices and processes for quality enhancement
Coordinating with HR partners to implement corporate policies and initiatives at business unit level
Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related disciplines
Minimum of 6 years relevant HR managerial experience gained in sizeable organizations
Outgoing and dynamic in deriving HR solutions to support the business expansion
Solid experience in training and people development or employee relations will be an advantage
Mature, meticulous, self-motivated and with strong analytical sense
Effective leadership, communication and collaboration skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
