Assistant / Human Resources Manager

A leading technology company is expanding its team to cope with its rapid growth in Asia Pacific, thereby looking for a high calibre candidate to join the company as Human Resources Manager or Assistant HR Manager.
ü Ensure all HR operations are delivered efficiently and in compliance with global policies and local regulations
ü Ensure payroll processed in an accurate and timely manner
ü Review and execute the Performance Management System
ü Execute compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, and maintain local benefit plans e.g. medical and other insurance
ü Conduct efficient staff recruitment process in order to fulfill manpower needs of the corporation
ü Prepare annual budget
ü University graduate, preferably in HR Management
ü 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience as HR Generalist; supervisory experience an asset.
ü Comprehensive knowledge in Compensation & Benefits and recruitment
ü Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and ordinance
ü Self-motivated with critical attention to details and deadlines
ü Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
ü Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
