Our client is an international firm in the FMCG industry, they are now looking for a junior HR person to perform HR administrative support to the team! The job duties include payroll calculation, benefit administration, recruitment coordination, on-off boarding as well as preparing HR reports & maintaining the personnel data in their internal system
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
With 2 years of relevant working experiences in HR field ( candidates with less experiences would be considered as HR Assistant)
Detail-minded, sensible and with good learning attitude
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in excel (vlookup, pivot table)
