Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Investment Sales Account Manager.
Handle daily administration of customer accounts including transaction processing, account opening and transaction record maintenance
Monitor customer portfolios and assist sales staff in portfolio reviews for both marketing and risk control purposes
Reinforce a professional service quality level and ensure customer complaints are properly handled
Ensure that compliance regulations and all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Bachelor degree in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registration (within 6 months in the post)
Good knowledge about investment products and related operations flows
Able to build good rapport with key stakeholders
Able to demonstrate a high sense of reliability, trust and professionalism with clients
Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Investmesnt Sales Account Officer.)
