We are inviting experienced, committed, dynamic and eager individuals to apply for the following position:
Assistant - Office Administration & Billing

- Report to the Finance Manager and Administrative Manager.
- Responsible for general receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling incoming calls, mails and couriers.
- Provide clerical support to the Accounts Manager in preparing cheques, Debit/ Credit Note, Statement of Accounts etc.
- Perform office supplies ordering such as stationary, business card, office equipment, pantry items and etc.
- To assist in organising functions and activities as would be required.
- Other ac hoc duties as would be assigned from time to time.
- F. 5 or above.
- 1-2 years working experience.
- With experience in Accounting will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Well-organized with strong sense of responsibilities and self-motivated.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
