- Handle new hire induction stuff and exit arrangement
- Monitor staff probation & contractual status
- Handle MPF & medical enrolment
- Update organizational structure
- Arrange payroll autopay
- Prepare payroll slips
- Clerical support to Assistant Manager
- Diploma holder in HR or Business related disciplines
- Good sense of confidentiality
- Good command of written English & spoken Cantonese
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel)
- Chinese typing skills
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work 1 to 2 half day per week
- Immediately available highly preferable
