As the Assistant Regulatory & Major Complain Response Unit Manager, you will ensure customer feedback are handled in timely and professional manner and in compliance with the regulation procedure. You will also carry out investigations independent and work closely with relevant parties in resolving disputes and drawing up replies to customers, regulatory bodies and external parties etc.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this position you should have at least 2 years of experience in complaint handling, quality control and customer service functions within banking industry. You will have good knowledge of wealth management and investment products as well as the regulatory updates. Excellent communication and service-oriented work attitude will be essential for the role.
