We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Sales Support Manager.
In this role, you will
Provide performance support to sales team by producing sales activities and productivity reports and management information reporting
Provide analytical support to monitor the implementation of the need based sales model
Demonstrate teamwork through positive approach and develop a close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
Lead a small team to ensure an effective and efficient management of sales task force in term of database maintenance, morale and culture
Ensure a robust and efficient analysis function
Ensure new projects and current business relationship comply with Financial Information Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and all regulatory bodies such as Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority and Securities and Futures Commission
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Bachelor degree holder or above
Detail oriented, committed, proactive and can work independently
Excellent skill sets in different disciplines including data analysis, communications and project management
Able to meet tight project deadlines while managing multiple projects at the same time
Excellent written and communications skill in both English and Chinese
Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
