One of the leading companies in Hong Kong and has continuously expanded their business enormously over the last 5 years. Our client is currently seeking for a talent acquisition expert to join their expanding talent acquisition team.

Reporting to the head of talent acquisition, you will work closely with different business heads and HR parties responsible for their front and back office staff hiring. You will work closely with senior stakeholders from different business units in understanding their needs and advising them on high quality candidate pools. Your major responsibilities will be full end to end recruitment process including direct talent sourcing, talent acquisition strategies, create souring pipelines, company branding, campus recruitment, recruitment job board, vendor managements, on and off-boarding activities and other ad hoc recruitment tasks.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, at least 6 years of relevant working experience in recruitment agency and retail institution.
- Good written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-minded; able to handle multi-task under pressure.
- Outside the box thinker providing extraordinary recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with solid relationship management.
- Strong analytical abilities.
