Assistant Training Manager (Pre-opening Hotel)

My client is one of the 5 stars hospitality brands. Due to the fast expansion, they are currently looking for Assistant Training Manager to join their pre-opening team based in overseas.
-Reports to Training Manager
-Identify training needs and design programs with Training Manager
-Create, implement and monitor hotel strategies and policies
-Maintain good relationships with the employees
-Conduct training to employees on product knowledge, customer service and management skills etc.
-Participate in all ad hoc projects and assignments
-Degree or above in Hospitality Management / Human Resources Management or related discipline
-Minimum 5 years in training experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level preferably in Hospitality or Casino industry
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Excellent command in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
